KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tune and execute a cohesive revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives and capitalizes on opportunities in sustainable construction markets.
- Lead and expand the sales team, encompassing direct & indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Personally engage in high-value sales opportunities, setting an example as a deal closer in critical cases.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and secure a competitive edge.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry players, clients and partners to enhance business growth and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team to ensure the product portfolio remains innovative and relevant while aligning marketing strategies with sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to refine and optimize sales strategies and operations continually.
- Provide leadership in all revenue-generating activities, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other C-level executives to align sales strategies with overall corporate objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in specification sales within the construction industry, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales operations across multiple channels within an international, high-growth environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a history of innovative thinking and execution.
- Good leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing diverse sales teams effectively.
- Well developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes within the construction industry.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently for short international business trips.
