Chief Sales Officer at Hydraloop

As a scale-up company dedicated to introducing advanced water recycling systems to global markets, we are seeking a visionary Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales and revenue generation strategies across multiple channels.

We are looking for a CSO with an exemplary record in scaling innovative sustainable products in the construction industry. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can drive significant growth across diverse sales channels. The CSO will be responsible for setting and executing the company's revenue strategy, optimizing our sales operations, and leading our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tune and execute a cohesive revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives and maximizes opportunities in sustainable construction products.

  • Lead and expand the sales team, including direct, indirect, and channel sales, ensuring all teams are aligned and achieving their sales targets.

  • Lead by example: be directly involved in closing deals in key sales cases.

  • Identify and exploit new market opportunities to enhance revenue and ensure a competitive edge in the market.

  • Foster strong relationships with key industry players, clients, and partners to drive business growth and brand recognition.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing department to ensure the product portfolio remains innovative and relevant, and that marketing strategies effectively support sales efforts.

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to refine and optimize sales strategies and operations continuously.

  • Provide leadership and direction in all revenue generation activities, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer acquisition and retention.

  • Report to the CEO and work closely with other C-level executives to align the sales strategies with overall corporate policies and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a deal closer in the construction industry with a focus on sustainable products.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and scale sales operations across multiple channels in an international high-growth environment.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovative thinking and execution.

  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across different functions of sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape in the construction industry.

  • Flawless in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

  • Open to frequent travel on short international business trips.
